Our GPS service builds 3D machine-control models from your engineering plans, ready to load into Trimble® or Topcon® equipment. Revisions are handled efficiently as your project evolves.

Our primary service area is the Tulsa metro and Northeastern Oklahoma. We’re based in Glenpool, OK and routinely work projects across Tulsa, Bixby, Broken Arrow, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Jenks, Glenpool, and the surrounding region. For larger projects, longer-duration work, or specialty scope, we may travel further — ask us.

Yes. JL Earthworks & Design LLC is fully insured and bonded, and operates under USDOT #2039872. We carry general liability, workers’ comp, and project-specific bonding as needed.

Our team is actively training toward full OSHA certification. We maintain a written safety program, hold weekly safety meetings, and require ongoing safety education across every level of the organization.

Yes — that’s the core of our GPS modeling service. Send us your plans (PDF, CAD, or similar) and we’ll build a 3D machine-control model ready to load into your iron. We can also provide on-site setup and field support.

Timelines vary with scope, soils, weather, inspections, and contract requirements. Commercial and municipal site preparation can range from a few weeks for smaller pad sites to several months for large school campuses or treatment facilities. Once we have your scope, we can give you a much more specific estimate.
